We purchased a DKOI Snap sign to use to get information to the general population. This includes store holiday hours, sales promotions, general public information, brand recognition as well as getting our company message of “Design, Deliver, Give Back” in front of customers. Purchase and set up was seamless. After the sign was ordered, DKOI communicated realistic timelines as to when the sign could be installed. They provided us with recommended companies on who has experience installing these signs and helped coordinate with these companies. … One of my biggest concerns was if we would be able to manage the content on our sign. That concern was put to rest after Eric trained us on how to use it and how user friendly it is. Overall, a great experience throughout the process and would highly recommend.
